Outstanding candidates for graduation honored

Emilio Aguinaldo College - Manila honored members of the Batch 2008 Graduating Class last April 18, 2008, during the Recognition Day held at the Fifth Floor of the EAC Sports & Cultural Center, Gen. Luna Street, Ermita, Manila.

Awarded gold medalists in proficiency in clinical training include: Diane Marie Chan (liberal arts), Joanne de Guzman (midwifery), Gammad Erolflyn (dentistry), Jasmin Rose Vargas Go (nursing), Jason M. Mirasol (medtech), Losylle R. Saturnino (radtech), Michelle Torres (nursing) and Mary Anne P. Visaya (nursing).

The silver medalists are: Reylanie Ardio (nursing), Mary Ruth M. Bayog (radtech), Journell Canezal (nursing), Jacqueline Y. Hung (medtech), John Dennis N. Samson (radtech), and Kristine Turija (midwifery).

Bronze medalists are: Sarah Jane Camacho (midwifery), Jessalyn dela Cruz (nursing), Mary Joane Kitashima (midwifery), Jobelle Anne Leocadio (medtech), Paulina L. Sanciangco (radtech) and Karen S. Tiong (radtech).

In practicum training, declared most proficient are the following: gold medalists – Marie Florence Bernardo (educ), Janet C. Castillo (hrm), Juvylyn M. Gajo (educ) Jaereign Jordan (liberal arts), John Mark Marquez (buss. ad), Meriane T. Maigue (buss. ad), Maika DC Mortel (buss.ad), Kristina Camella Nucum (liberal arts), Mark Joseph Rodriguez (educ), and Sun Sun Q. Tsoi (buss.ad); silver medalists, Judy Kristen M. Pascua (HRM) and Nazareth O. Tadeo (crim), and bronze medalist, Mark Gil T. Fernandez.

Meanwhile, those named as outstanding in comprehensive examination are: Maila Lea B. Daylo (buss. ad), Gammad Erolflyn (dentistry), Paul Aldrin Hung (medtech), John Mark Marquez (buss. ad), Carlos P. Sunga (buss. ad) and Jaime V. Umali, Jr., (pt/ot).

For leadership, awarded gold medal each are: Marie Florence Bernardo (educ), John Mark Languez (pt/ot), Joy Marcelo (liberal arts), Jason M. Mirasol (medtech), Ronn Angelo Palmaria (computer eng’g), and Losylle R. Saturnino (radtech).

The other gold medalists are: Alexis A. Balicud (engineering), for ROTC leadership; Mark Anthony T. Anzures (educ), Erwin A. Pansoy (buss. ad), Camilo C. Villarante IV (educ), as athletes of the year; Jan Bryan A. Gonzales, Macario A. Masuli, Jr., and Colleen D. Moreno, for being outstanding members of the EAC Generals cheering squad; Daryl Cuadra, Gretchen Gatdula and Jean Kristine Lim, outstanding members of the Yaman Lahi Dance Troupe. – Leopoldo M.
