Preparing students to become professionally competent & compassionate physicians.
College of Medicine
The School of Medicine of Emilio Aguinaldo College, a Commission of Higher Education accredited institution, was established on 23 July 2001. Its vision is to be an outstanding institution for medical education and health research. It provides an educational and scientific environment that prepares the student to become professionally competent, socially-relevant and compassionate physicians. The school is positively committed to reforms on medical education worldwide in regard the issue of the social accountability of medical schools. As the “Benjamin” among the health science schools of the Emilio Aguinaldo College, which include Dentistry, Pharmacy, Nursing-Midwifery, Occupational-Physical Rehabilitation, Nutrition-Dietetics, Medical Technology, Radiology Technology and Respiratory Therapy, the medical School goes through the process of growth and development to achieve its own identity, conscious of the need for close collaboration with its sister health units in order that EAC becomes a true Health Science Center and thus, contribute to the needs of the Philippines and other countries for health care professionals in a comprehensive way.
The medical school is proud of its excellent and experienced faculty, traditional but synchronized curriculum with early clinical integration, interactive learning process, superior teaching facilities with computerized images and lectures, and a teaching-training hospital – the Medical Center Manila and its satellite clinics.
For scholastically and academically qualified students who have financial difficulties, the School offers scholarships, socialized tuition fees and study-pay later plans.
