Office of Academic Services
The Office of Student Affairs exists for the students. Its reason for being is to provide opportunities for growth, enhance the quality of life, complement the academic pursuit by providing various services and activities that shall contribute to the total development of the person prepared to be an effective, competent and productive member of society.
The College has a vast array of programs for student development on and off campus. These are cultural, professional, spiritual, athletic, values, co-curricular and other enrichment activities. These are offered to students who desire to expand their horizons and at the same time make their life on campus more enriching, interesting and rewarding. Such activities are under the umbrella of the Office of Student Affairs.
On a broad sense, the office supervises student organizations, publication, discipline, spiritual formation, leadership training, advising, guidance and counseling, co-curricular activities, extra-curricular activities, enrichment programs, values education, student evaluation of faculty and offices, and other student services and activities beyond the classroom.
The office is directly in charge of student organizations, with the Central Student Council as the supreme organization. Each college has its own student council. In addition, there are thirty recognized student organizations for this school year.. This is to ensure that student leadership and activities are properly managed and implemented with direct participation of students as part of their holistic development.
The title of the head of office used to be Dean, however, in 1997, the title was changed to Vice President together with the Vice Presidents for Academic Affairs and Vice President for Administration. Through the years, the office has been handled by competent men and women whose main concern is the total development of the student and the instilling of values that reflect the Mission-Vision of the College.

- Coordinates with the subject coordinator through the deans/OIC in the continuous editing and construction of purged test questions in the Test Bank
- Coordinates with Test Bank in the preparation of the Departmental Examinations
- Coordinates with EAC– Cavite in the synchronization of the Departmental Examinations
- Prepares proctoring and venue assignments Departmental Examination
- Assists the Registrar in the supervision of enrollment
- Serves as scholarship coordinator of the school for both local and CHED grantees

Vision & Mission
The EAC Academic Services pledges to assist students in their quest for academic excellence through continuous upgrading of departmental examinations in the different disciplines. The Office takes charge on students’ assistantship grants to realize their goals in their chosen field of profession.
The mission of the Academic Services includes:
- To foster cooperation, support and righteous behavior in the academe.
- To uphold the credibility of departmental exam administration.
- To promote sense of responsibility, punctuality and concern among faculty members and personnel involved in the administration of departmental examinations.
- To inculcate integrity and honesty among students in taking examinations.
- To enhance a healthy atmosphere during examinations.
- To collaborate with agencies such as N.B.I., P.N.P. CHED, and concerned departments of EAC in facilitating scholarship programs.
- To show transparency to students and faculty members on query about academics.
