Physical Education Department
The Physical Education Department plays an important role in developing well-rounded students by providing physical activities and similar worthwhile endeavors. The P.E. Department also conducts and join activities within the school, like carrying the Yaman Lahi Dance Troupe, EAC- Generals Cheering Squad and the Drum and Lyre to participate during the Orientation Day, Talakasan (school Intramurals), Dance Festival, Festival of the Arts, Cheering Competition, Foundation Day, College Week, Birthdays, Inaugurations, Seminars, Alumni Home Coming, Mr. and Ms. EAC; join the competitions outside the school and always prepared in giving intermission number to the Sports Association that we are connected like in the NCRAA- National Capital Region Athletic Association, WNCAA- Women’s National Collegiate Athletic Association, UCAA- Universities and Colleges Athletics Association etc.
The P.E Department also discover, and develop new talents in the field of sports, Dance and Music, be a part of the Varsity Teams, Yaman Lahi Dance Troupe, EAC- Generals Cheering Squad and the Drum and Lyre and helping the students to attain their dreams and goal in life.
Functions and Services
- TEACHING P.E 1 GYMNASTICS conditioning program, floor exercises, stunts, tumbling, pyramid building, rhythmic and apparatus exercises) extension program culminating activity and final examination in P.E “Cheering Competition”.
- TEACHING P.E 2 PHILLIPINE FOLK DANCE (nature, classification, types, formations, characteristics, types, fundamentals position, terms movements, and the interpretation of the dance.) extension program teaching ballroom dancing, modern dance, creative dance and the field demonstration during foundation day.
- TEACHING P.E 3 Basic Swimming, Arnis, Table tennis, Badminton, (Suited for the venue)

The Physical Education offering programs which focus on fitness for life and some basic activity in sports, dance, recreational activities and a future center for the development of sports and dance program.

The primary thrust of Physical education is to be always firmly aligned with other learning preparation inside the school contributing to the purpose of higher education thru the use of dance, sports, and recreation activities.
