Electronics and Communications Engineering is a broad professional discipline concerned with the analysis, design and management of generators, electronic circuitry, voice, data and video systems. The complexity of modern industrial and service organizations with their emphasis on quality, increased effectiveness and higher productivity through automation and computerization to provide for the increased demand for a new bread of electronics and communications engineering graduates.
Because of an increasing demand for Power Distribution Engineers in the Philippines, the school has embarked on a mission to provide skilled and industry- oriented Electrical Engineers who can handle the design and maintenance of power generation and distribution in our country. In line with this mission, the course was established to provide technically competent professionals who can cater to the needs of the Electric power industry in the field of Electrical Engineering.

Industrial engineering involves the design and improvement of systems in organizations to maximize productivity. The industrial engineering team is concerned with the creation of wealth. They achieve this through the creation of improved, more efficient systems in both the production and service environments.

The Computer Technologist can install, configure, diagnose computers, and do preventive maintenance and some basic networking. They are more trained to hands-on techniques of teaching. Their specialty is more on hardware than software and they have a solid foundation in all aspects of computers Because these skills are so crucial, the technology industry has set up standards to measure them.

Electronics and Communications technologists with a strong background in fundamental electronics may find employment in a wide range of fields involving the sale, design, maintenance, servicing, testing, or installation of electronic equipment, telephone, internet, and cable service providers, wireless and satellite communications companies, as well as the associated wealth of communications support service companies: communications instrument manufacturers; optical fiber, broadband cable, and PCS/cellular network installation and maintenance contractors.
This course is designed to prepare students to acquire technical knowledge in computer programming, systems analysis and design, and database systems. Students will apply the technical knowledge by designing, developing, and implementing a complete software application.
