Merit Scholarship

Up to 100% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees


Eligibility Criteria

1.)  Must be a Filipino-born citizen.

2.) Incoming freshmen student with a general average grade of at least 84% or higher and no grade lower than 80% in any academic subject during the Grade 12 level.

3.) Passed the Merit Scholarship Qualifying Examination.

4.) Completed an interview with the Scholarship Committee (Subject to the discretion of the school).

5.) No record of disciplinary action

Scholarship Retention:

1.) The grantee should maintain the following required grades:

  • 100% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Coverage: Must maintain a GWA of at least 1.50 with no grade below 2.00 in any subject.
  • 75% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Coverage: Must maintain a GWA of at least 1.50 with no grade below 2.25 in any subject.
  • 50% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Coverage: Must maintain a GWA of at least 1.75 with no grade below 2.25 in any subject.
  • No remarks of Unofficially Withdrawn (U.W) and Officially Withdrawn (O.W.).
  • Incomplete (INC) remarks that are not completed until fourth week from the start of classes of the semester under consideration shall disqualify the learner-grantee from scholarship grant

2.) The grantee should enroll at least with the normal load prescribed in the curriculum or not less than 18 academic units during the regular semester under consideration. This does not apply to summer classes wherein limited units/subjects are offered by the school.

3.) The grantee must abide by all policies, rules, and regulations stated in the EAC Student Manual or issued by the duly constituted authorities of the college.


Application Process

Step 1. Applicants submit all required documents to the EAC Admissions and Student Recruitment Office:

    1. Duly accomplished EAC Merit Scholarship Application Form
    2. Letter of Recommendation from the Principal/Teacher-Adviser
    3. Two (2) copies of 2×2 colored picture
    4. High School Report Card (with 84 and above General Average)
    5. Certification of Good Moral Character from the Guidance Counselor
    6. Photocopy of Valid High School I.D.

Step 2. Applicants go for preliminary interview and evaluation of requirements at the Admissions Office.

Step 3. Applicants take the Scholarship Qualifying Exam on set schedule and are notified about the exam result after two weeks.

Step 4. Applicants, at the discretion of the school, shall undergo an interview with the Committee on Scholarship for further assessment of their qualifications for the scholarship.

Step 5. The Director/Staff of Admission and Student Recruitment Office shall notify the applicants of the results of their scholarship applications.

Merit Scholarship for Medicine Learner

a. Full (100% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee)

b. Partial (50% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee)


Eligibility Criteria

1.)  A Filipino-born citizen and resident of the Philippines

2.) Incoming first-year medical student with a general average of 1.50 or higher and no grade lower than 2.00 in any academic subject during the Bachelor’s degree program

3.) NMAT score requirements:

  • For Full (100% Tuition and Miscellaneous fees) with an NMAT score of 90 percentile or higher
  • For Partial (50% Tuition and Miscellaneous fees) with an NMAT score of 75-89 percentile

4.) Completed an interview with the Scholarship Committee (Subject to the discretion of the school)

5.) No record of disciplinary action

Scholarship Retention:

1.) The grantee should maintain the following required grades:

  • 100% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Coverage: Must maintain a GWA of at least 1.50 or higher with no failing grade in any subject.
  • 50% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Coverage: Must maintain a GWA between 1.51 and 1.75 with no failing grade in any subject.

2.) The grantee must abide by all policies, rules, and regulations stated in the EAC Student Manual or issued by the duly constituted authorities of the college.


Application Process

Step 1. Applicants submit all required documents to the EAC School of Medicine Office:

  1. Duly accomplished EAC Scholarship Application Form
  2. Letter of Recommendation from the former Dean or Professor
  3. Copy of Transcript of Record
  4. Copy of Certificate of GWA/GPA
  5. Photocopy of NMAT Score with 75-90 percentile or higher
  6. Certification of Good Moral Character

Step 2. Applicants go for preliminary interview and evaluation of requirements at the EAC School of Medicine Office.

Step 3. Applicants, at the discretion of the school, shall undergo an interview with the Committee on Scholarship for further assessment of their qualifications for the scholarship.

Step 4. The Dean, together with the Committee on Scholarship, shall notify the applicants of the results of their scholarship applications.

Academic Scholarship

100% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees


Eligibility Criteria:

  1. A Filipino-born citizen and a Bonafide college student of Emilio Aguinaldo College-Manila
  2. Student who obtained a GWA of 1.50 and no grade lower than 2.0 in any subject during the semester under evaluation shall be given 100% discount on both tuition and miscellaneous fees on the following semester.
  3. Unofficial Withdrawal (U.W.) and/or Official Withdrawal (OW) remarks on grades shall automatically disqualify the learner-grantee from the scholarship grant.
  4. Incomplete (INC) remarks obtained from the semester under evaluation for scholarship that are not completed until the fourth week from the start of classes of the current semester shall disqualify the learner-grantee from the scholarship grant.
  5. Student- grantee should enroll at least the normal load prescribed in the curriculum or not less than 18 academic units during the semester under evaluation. This does not apply to summer classes wherein limited units/subjects are offered, except for programs with required summer classes in their curriculum.
  6. Learner-grantee shall take and complete all non-academic requirements such as all Physical Education subjects and Civic Welfare Training Service 1 & 2 (CWTS 1 & 2) or Reserve Officer Training Corps 1 & 2 (ROTC 1 & 2).

Note: Qualified learners are not required to submit any formal application, forms, or documents. Please wait patiently—results will be reflected in the student portal on or before the Midterm or Final Examination period.

EAC Cultural Performing Groups (EAC Yaman Lahi Dance Artists)

Up to 100% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees


Eligibility Criteria:

1.)  A Filipino-born citizen and Bonafide student of Emilio Aguinaldo College-Manila

2.) GWA of at least 3.00 or at least 80% average for freshmen learners

3.) Passed the Auditions

4.) Completed an interview with the Scholarship Committee (Subject to the discretion of the school)

5.) No record of disciplinary action

Scholarship Retention:

1.) Must maintain satisfactory academic standing and performance

2.) Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 3.00

3.) The grantee with Incomplete, No Grade, or Failing grade they can still avail the scholarship grant proving that the learner must pay the specific subject with deficiencies. These deficiencies must be cleared up with the Accounting Office at the of each semester

4.) The grantee must abide by all policies, rules, and regulations stated in the EAC Student Manual or issued by the duly constituted authorities of the college.


Application Process

Step 1.  Accomplished EAC Culture and the Arts Scholarship Application Form signed by the applying student-artist.

Step 2. Audition Requirement

  • Prepare a 1–3 minute audition piece in the genre of your choice for the scheduled audition.
  • Audition details will be announced through the official Facebook account of the Cultural and the Arts Office.
  • The CAO Director will notify applicants regarding the results of the audition.

Step 3. Accomplished EAC Culture and the Arts Scholarship Evaluation. Form signed by the Adviser, Moderator, Coach or Artistic Director endorsed to the Head of the Culture and the Arts Office. Evaluation form must be completed and signed indicating the student-artist’s grade and scholarship grant and must be conformed by the student-artist.

Step 4.  Accomplished Letter of Intent to Continue Membership addressed to the Adviser, Moderator, Coach or Artistic Director and signed by the student-artist and the parent/guardian of the student-artist.

Step 5. Accomplished Membership Commitment Form signed by the student-artist, the parent/guardian of the student-artist, and the Adviser, Moderator, Coach, or Artistic Director.

The Philippine National Anthem – Lupang Hinirang.

  • The EAC Chorale Conductor will notify applicants regarding the results of the audition.

Step 3. Accomplished EAC Chorale Scholarship Evaluation. Form signed by the Chorale Conductor and endorsed to the Head of the Culture and the Arts Office. Evaluation form must be completed and signed indicating the student-artist’s grade and scholarship grant and must be conformed by the student-artist.

Step 4. Accomplished Membership Commitment Form signed by the student-artist, the parent/guardian of the student-artist, and the Chorale Conductor.

The Magdalo (Student Publication)

Up to 100% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees


Eligibility Criteria:

1.)  Must be a Filipino-born citizen.

2.) Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 3.00, or an average of at least 80% for incoming freshmen

3.) Must have passed the application process.

4.) Must have completed an interview with the Scholarship Committee (subject to the discretion of the school).

5.) Must have no record of disciplinary action.

Scholarship Retention:

1.) Must maintain satisfactory academic standing and performance.

2.) Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 3.00 and no failing marks from the previous semester.

3.) The grantee must abide by all policies, rules, and regulations stated in the EAC Student Manual or issued by the duly constituted authorities of the college.


Application Process

Step 1. Applicants must register through the Google link provided by Magdalo via their official Facebook page and attach the following requirements:

  1. Curriculum Vitae
  2. Portfolio
  3. Copy of EAC Registration form

Step 2. Applicants must wait for official notification from Magdalo regarding the status of their application.

Step 3. Applicants shall undergo a preliminary interview and evaluation of requirements at the Magdalo Office.

Step 4. The Magdalo Adviser, together with the Editor-in-Chief, shall notify the applicants of the results of their scholarship applications.

Varsity Scholarship

Up to 100% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees


Eligibility Criteria:

1.)  Must be a Filipino-born citizen.

2.) Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 3.00, or an average of at least 80% for incoming freshmen

3.) Must have passed the tryouts.

4.) Must have completed an interview with the Scholarship Committee (subject to the discretion of the school).

5.) Must have no record of disciplinary action.

Scholarship Retention:

1.) Must maintain satisfactory performance in both academics and athletics participation.

2.) Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 3.00.

3.) The grantee must abide by all policies, rules, and regulations stated in the EAC Student Manual or issued by the duly constituted authorities of the college.


Application Process

Step 1. Applicants must wait for the official schedule of tryouts to be announced by the Sports Development Office (SDO) or through the official EAC Facebook page.

Step 2. Applicants shall participate in the tryouts on the assigned schedule. During this time, the respective coaches will evaluate the performance of potential varsity player.

Step 3. The respective coaches shall notify the applicants of the results of their tryouts.

Scholarship Discount for EAC Employees

Up to 100% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees


Eligibility Criteria:

1.)  Must be a bonafide and regular employee of Emilio Aguinaldo College.

2.) Must have no record of disciplinary action.

Scholarship Retention:

1.) Maintain satisfactory academic standing

2.) The grantee must abide by all policies, rules, and regulations stated in the EAC Student Manual or issued by the duly constituted authorities of the college.


Application Process

Step 1. The employee submits his/her letter of request to the EAC President through proper channels.

Step 2. The employee proceeds to the Human Resources Department (HRD) for a preliminary interview and evaluation of requirements.

Step 3. The HRD Director/Staff notifies the employee regarding the approval of his/her scholarship discount.

Graduate School Discount

Master’s Degree:

  • 50% Tuition Fee Discount only

Doctorate Degree:

  • 25% Tuition Fee Discount only

The discount for the Doctorate Degree program is subject to evaluation and approval.

Step 2. The Applicant proceeds to the Graduate School (GS) for a preliminary interview and evaluation of requirements.

Step 3. The Dean of Graduate School/Staff notifies the applicant regarding the approval of his/her scholarship discount.

Scholarship Discounts for Government Employees and their Dependents

50% Tuition Fee Discount only


Eligibility Criteria:

1.)  Must be a son or daughter of a regular employee of a recognized government institution.

2.) Must have no record of disciplinary action.

Scholarship Retention:

2.) Must be a resident of Manila.

3.) Must have no record of disciplinary action.

Scholarship Retention:

1.) Must maintain a grade of 2.50 or higher in all subjects.

For Senior High School Graduates with Honors

  • 100% Tuition and Miscellaneous Fee Coverage: Must maintain a GWA of at least 1.50 with no grade below 2.00 in any subject.

For Non-Honor Senior High School Graduates

Eligibility Criteria:

1.) Must be pursuing a degree program in education.

(Bachelor of Elementary Education, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies, Bachelor of Physical Education)

2.) Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 82%.

3.) Must not have any failing grades, dropped subjects, or disciplinary record.

4.) Must not be a recipient of any other full scholarship

Scholarship Retention:

1.) Maintain a GWA of 1.75 or above every semester, and no grade lower than 2.25, without INC, 5.00, or UW.

2.) Submit grades within 2 weeks after the semester ends.

3.) Attend scholarship orientations, meetings, and service activities.

4.) Participate in training programs and community involvement as required.

5.) Contribute to research endeavors for EAC.

6.) Submit a letter of renewal every semester.


Application Process:

Step 1. Applicants must register through the Google link provided by the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office (ASR) and attach the following requirements:

  1. Duly accomplished college application form from the Admissions and Student Recruitment Office.
  2. Photocopy of latest Report Card
  3. Certificate of Good Moral Character
  4. Certificate of enrollment or Admission
  5. Recent 2×2 ID picture (2 copies)
  6. Personal Essay (Why I Want to Be a teacher)
  7. Two letters of recommendation (preferably from academic advisors or educators). Personal statement narrating the need for the scholarship.

Step 2. The Applicants proceeds to the Admission and Student Recruitment (ASR) for a preliminary interview and evaluation of requirements.

Step 3. The Admission and Student Recruitment staff notifies the applicants regarding the approval of his/her scholarship discount.

EAC ROTC Unit Advance Cadet Officers Scholarship

Up to 100% Tuition Fee Discount only


Eligibility Criteria:

1.)  Must be a Bonafide student of Emilio Aguinaldo College-Manila.

2.) Must be an EAC ROTC Unit Advanced Cadet Officer holding a specific rank (Corps Commander or Deputy Corps Commander).

3.) Must maintain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.00 or its equivalent, with no failing grades or Incompletes (INC) remarks.

4.) Must earn the rank based on the entitlement.

5.) Must be active and function in their duty accordingly

6.) Must observe the 20 hours of duty per week.

7.) Must be recommended by the Commandant and NSTP Coordinator.

8.) Must have no record of disciplinary action.

Scholarship Retention:

1.) Must maintain a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 2.00 or its equivalent, with no failing grades or Incompletes (INC) remarks.

2.) The grantee must abide by all policies, rules, and regulations stated in the EAC Student Manual or issued by the duly constituted authorities of the college.


Application Process:

Step 1. Applicants must register at the ROTC and NSTP Office.

Step 2. Applicants must proceed to the ROTC and NSTP Office for a preliminary interview and evaluation of requirements.

Step 3. The Commandant and NSTP Coordinator shall notify the applicants regarding the approval of their scholarship discount.

Note on Scholarship Downgrade, Upgrade, or Disqualification:

  1. Reason for Scholarship Downgrade:
    • Due to non-attainment of the required General Weighted Average (GWA).
  1. Reason for Scholarship Upgrade:
    • Higher General Weighted Average (GWA) from the previous semester.
  1. Reasons for Scholarship Disqualification:
    • Non-attainment of the required General Weighted Average (GWA).
    • Learner-grantee shall be disqualified from the scholarship program if he/she violates any of the terms and conditions thereof.

Semestral evaluations will be conducted to ensure grantees meet the necessary criteria for scholarship retention or adjustment. Failure to comply with these requirements, as determined by the Dean of the Office of Student Affairs and the Director of the Scholarship and Student Assistance Office, upon the approval of the President of the institution, may result in the modification or termination of the scholarship grant.

Learner-grantee shall abide by the policies, rules, and regulations stipulated in the EAC Student Manual or promulgated by duly constituted authorities of the institution.
