Last December 3, 2022, the reigning Ms. Nepal- Universe, Sophiya Bhujel, graced Emilio Aguinaldo College with her presence. Ms. Bhujel was accompanied by another beauty queen, Nagma Shresta, Ms. Universe Nepal 2017 who is currently the national Director of Ms. Universe Nepal. The two beauty queens were warmly welcomed by the school officials, faculty and staff as well as the Nepalese students and delegates. The purpose of this visit is for Ms. Bhujel to undergo a one week-training at the country’s top training camp of beauty queens, Aces and Queens, headed by the much sought-after pageant trainer, Jonas Gaffud.
Ms. Universe Nepal 2022 and Ms. Universe Nepal 2017 were billeted at the Pearl Manila Hotel an affiliate of Emilio Aguinaldo College, the official host of the visiting beauty queens. Before she departed, Ms. Bhujel was able to pay a visit at Emilio Aguinaldo College where she was entertained with a short program by the EAC Chorale and the EAC Dance Troupe. She also had a chance to talk with her many compatriots who are studying in EAC. Ms. Bhujel and Ms. Shresta expressed their gratitude and appreciation for the warm hospitality given to them during their stay in the Philippines.
